HEALTH TRAIL

Orissaare health trail:

• the location of the health trail is located in the Maasi pine forest near the town of Orissaare.
• health trail consists three tracks of different distances (2.70 km, 2.30 km ha 0.6 km).
  
• one of the section (1km) of the health trail is covered with wood chips, the rest of the sections are arranged in natural, soft soil forest trails.
  

•  on a health track, it is possible to  walk, run, riding a bike and doing Nordic walking.
  
• the health trail is easy to find and use. (labels, information boards,benches, trash cans, rest areas, toilets, parking lots)
  
• health trail is open all year round and free to the user.
